That’s what OK! magazine is reporting despite the official announcement made by the singer’s manager, Larry Rudolph. The magazine’s sources claim that they learned that Britney Spears’ recent trips to various L.A. recording studios won’t result in a new record. A source close to the singer tells OK mag, “There is no new album. When she [Britney Spears] goes into the studio, it’s therapy for her voice and her mental well being. These producers and songwriters talking about working on a new album with her are just trying to get publicity for themselves.”

What! So is the source saying Larry Rudolph is a liar?? That’s crap knowing that he has been nothing but with good intentions for Britney Spears! The source, however, said that the singer is indeed collaborating with Madonna. Rumors have been rife that the pop star has taped a cameo, in which she’s trapped in an elevator, as part of a video montage for Madonna’s tour. “In a way, it is sadly true to life,” the source spilled to the magazine. “But Britney is showing some real progress with her recovery, and everyone around her is encourage.”

And it would have been an exciting show — a road trip with Hollywood’s reformed party girls! But, Paris Hilton isn’t up to it. In fact, she has officially denied that she’s planning to do a road trip with Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears for a reality TV show. Paris says, “I do not think that would be a good idea at all. That’s so not hot. Especially not for a TV show. I really do not know where some people come up with these stories.” Like Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears, the hotel heiress has calmed down (thanks to Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden). Paris no longer wants to be a part of the wild Hollywood party scene with the girls, and that she says she has had no contact with LiLo and the Britster in recent months. Paris says, “I have not been out or seen out with Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan. I do not know where people get these stupid ideas. It frustrates me so much. I have enough business right now.”

Fresh from her divorce settlement and gaining new ground in her custody battle for her two sons, the pop princess took time out last Saturday night and helped out Generation Rescue. The said organization is dedicated to researching autism, and is Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey’s baby. The two held a fundraiser last Saturday and Britney Spears was there to lend a hand. A partygoer of the Snow Queen Vodka-sponsored party at the Carrey’s home in Brentwood said, “She [Britney Spears]] looked great and seemed really happy. She smiled and clapped during the video about autism. She was very into the information and watched a little bit of the dancers from Dancing with the Stars, sneaking out during one of the performances.”

However, Britney Spears didn’t party like the rest of the guests [Rose McGowan and Robert Rodriguez apparently danced all night]. The singer just kept close to her assistant Brett and didn’t speak to other guests. Generation Rescue follows a mission to “continue to discover and share the truth with families about the potential cause of their child’s Neurological Disorders so they can focus on effective treatments.” Global Health Trax President & CEO Tom Dixson told press: “We admire and praise the autism community and Jenny McCarthy for their inspiring passion and commitment to find help for this heart-breaking disorder.”

Yup, their long-running custody battle is now over — for now! And it’s a win-win situation for everyone: Britney Spears got more access to her children, and Kevin Federline got some more cash. He still retains the sole custody but the pop princess will now have three visits per week, with at least two overnight visits, with the possibility of expanded rights by the end of the year. Confirming that Britney Spears will now get more access to Sean Preston and Jayden James, the singer’s attorney Laura Wasser said told the Associated Press: “The fact is, it’s a win for the family.” Ms. Wasser also pointed to the agreement as further evidence of Britney Spears’ continuing recovery. She said, “The difference from the beginning of this year to now is astonishing.”

Meanwhile, Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told the press, “The case has been settled. The court still has to approve it … All the issues that would have been addressed at trial have been settled. Can’t speak to the exact terms of the deal … Kevin was not [out] to get custody. Kevin’s goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can co-parent. He said ‘I need to have Britney to be involved in the co-parenting of the kids but I need there to be a structure.’” Mark Kaplan also emphasized the sense of relief everybody is feeling now that an agreement has been reached. He said: “This has been a long ordeal and to have that over is something that makes him extremely happy.”

It’s official! The pop princess’ manager Larry Rudolph has just announced that Britney Spears is *really, really* making a new album! The hard-nosed manager said in a statement released by Jive Records that his charge is hard at work on her yet-to-be-titled new album. He said, “Britney Spears is spending her summer in the recording studio, working on a brand new album. She’s working with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters, and we’re very excited about what she’s accomplished so far. No album release date has been confirmed yet.”

A few days ago, Britney Spears filmed a video segment in Hollywood that’s expected to be part of Madonna’s upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour. So I guess everything’s rosy in her life right now huh?? =) Larry Rudolph has also said that, “She’s got people around her that really care about her and are there to point her in the right direction in respect to the things she should be concentrating on – her life. Britney is getting back in touch with Britney. And she’s doing an amazing job at that.”
